Required: Staff/Admin Photo
Upload a clear, current, unedited and unobstructed photo of yourself in the first photo field, marked Visible to Staff Admin. This photo is used for your member card and staff identification. It is not visible to other members.
Couples must appear together in the same photo. Both people must be clearly visible in one original photo taken together. Separate photos, collages and digitally combined images do not meet this requirement.
- Face the camera in good lighting. A head-and-shoulders photo works well.
- Keep each face in focus and fully visible, with no sunglasses, masks, face coverings or objects blocking it.
- No AI-generated or AI-edited images, beauty filters, retouching, face blurring, stickers or other edits.
- Upload the original photo file. Do not upload a government-issued ID in this field.
Age verification: This photo is for identification and does not verify your age. Eros Knoxville is strictly 21+. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID for age verification at check-in. Contact us if you need to discuss other verification options.
Where to Upload Your Staff Photo
Use the first photo field labeled Staff/Admin, as shown by the red arrow below. Upload a clear, current, unedited photo. Couples must be together in the same photo, with both faces fully visible.
First photo: staff/admin only. The next photo is your member-visible profile photo.

Your Member Profile
| ▸ | Upload your clear, unedited staff/admin photo into the first photo field, as shown in the upload screenshot above. Couples must be together in one photo. Missing or unsuitable photos will delay approval. *(Visible to Staff Admin) |
| ▸ | You must post at least 2 pics of the member(s) associated with your profile — no memes or animation. Any additional pics can go into your Passkey Album. *(Visible to Members) |
| ▸ | Please submit high-res, full-size photos (thumbnails or un-cropped photos with borders not permitted). Sexy, classy pics are a must. Lingerie, shirt and jacket — class it up but keep it sexy. |
| ▸ | For member-visible photos only, you may blur your faces for privacy. Do not scribble on your photos or cover faces with cartoons or stickers. Your first, staff/admin photo must remain completely unedited, with all faces fully visible. |
| ▸ | Your "About Us" essay complements your pictures and tells us a little about yourself and how you heard about the Club. |
| ▸ | Fake images or info will result in immediate removal. |

Single Men
In addition to the above requirements, you must also submit 2 referrals from one of the following due to the amount of spammed applications:

| ▸ | Proof of membership at another club (either on the Modern Lifestyle network or otherwise) |

Single-Male Sponsorship: Where to Enter Your Information
Follow the red arrows in the screenshot below. Enter your other lifestyle membership website and screen name in the Website and Screen Name fields. In About Me, include the screen name of the current member who is sponsoring you.
If for some reason you didn't submit all of the required information, you can preemptively reach out to us, or wait for the follow-up email.

Acceptance
If accepted, you will be notified via email. Please make sure to follow the directions above for the best chance of acceptance. All applicants undergo screening and vetting. Approval is at management’s discretion. If you are missing information, we may reach out tactfully by email or phone to have you provide the missing parts of the application. - Be sure to check your spam folder.
If we are unable to reach you, or the application sits for more than 30 days without complete info, your application will be declined.
