EROS KNOXVILLE
CLUB RULES, CONSENT & CONFIDENTIALITY
Eros Knoxville is a private, members-only community for adults 21 and older. Our rules help everyone enjoy the club with confidence, discretion and respect.
They apply inside the club, at Eros-hosted events and within our online member community.
1. CONSENT COMES FIRST
Ask before touching, kissing, joining an activity or entering someone’s personal space. You must receive a clear, freely given agreement before proceeding.
Consent to one activity or one person does not extend to other activities or people. Previous participation, flirting, clothing, relationship status or attendance at the club never establishes consent.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Stop immediately when someone says no, asks you to stop, pulls away or otherwise indicates discomfort. If you are unsure, stop and check in.
Someone who is asleep, unconscious or too impaired to make an informed decision cannot consent.
2. NO PRESSURE. NO HARASSMENT.
Everyone deserves the same respect, whether attending alone or with a partner.
Repeated requests after rejection, unwanted touching, following someone, intimidation, threats, discriminatory abuse and persistent unwanted messages are prohibited. No one owes another member attention, an explanation or participation.
Admission, membership, gifts and purchases never entitle anyone to another person’s body or time.
3. PRIVACY & NONDISCLOSURE
Protecting each other’s privacy is a condition of participation in the Eros community.
Unless the person involved gives express permission, do not disclose or distribute another member’s identity, attendance or membership status; real name, workplace, contact information or identifying personal details; private activities, relationships or conversations learned through the club; or member photos, private messages, profile screenshots or passkey content.
This restriction applies to conversations, texts, social media, reviews, group chats and other forms of communication. Do not identify someone indirectly through details that would reasonably reveal who they are.
Access to a profile, message or private album does not grant permission to copy or share it. Permission to share one item does not authorize other disclosures.
You may discuss your own experience without identifying others or exposing their private information. Your responsibility to protect information learned through Eros continues after your membership ends.
Important exceptions: Nothing in these rules prohibits reporting suspected crimes, sexual assault, harassment or safety concerns; seeking legal, medical or mental-health assistance; cooperating with authorities; complying with legal obligations; or making disclosures otherwise protected by law. These rules do not prohibit honest reviews or criticism of the club.
4. NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR RECORDING
Members and guests may not photograph, film, livestream or make audio recordings inside the club. This includes selfies, video calls, smart glasses and other recording devices.
Keep devices put away in play areas. If you need to make a call or use your phone, ask staff where you may do so without compromising anyone’s privacy.
5. RESPECT PLAY AREAS & PERSONAL SPACE
Keep conversation quiet in play areas. Do not crowd, interrupt, touch participants or join an activity without permission from everyone involved.
Watching is not permission to participate. Respect requests for privacy, closed doors and restricted spaces. Follow staff instructions about room use and permitted activities.
6. ALCOHOL, DRUGS & ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
Eros Knoxville is BYOB and does not sell alcohol. Drink responsibly. Do not provide alcohol to anyone who is visibly intoxicated.
Guests who are excessively impaired may be refused entry or asked to leave. Never tamper with another person’s drink or give someone a substance without their knowledge and consent.
Illegal drugs, misuse or distribution of controlled substances, prostitution and solicitation of paid sexual services are prohibited.
7. MEMBERSHIP, IDENTIFICATION & ENTRY
All attendees must be 21 or older, meet membership requirements and present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Provide accurate account information. Do not share accounts, misrepresent your identity or bring in unapproved guests.
New members must arrive before 11 PM and complete the mandatory tour by 11 PM. Review each event’s ticket and arrival requirements. An RSVP alone does not guarantee admission.
8. DRESS, CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE
Follow the published dress code and any event-specific instructions. Arrive clean and practice good personal hygiene.
Clean up after yourself, dispose of waste properly and leave shared spaces ready for the next guest. Notify staff promptly about spills, injuries, damaged equipment or anything requiring additional cleaning.
9. RESPECT STAFF, MEMBERS & THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Treat everyone courteously. Fighting, threats, aggressive behavior, property damage and interference with staff duties are prohibited.
Keep voices down outside, dispose of litter properly and respect neighboring properties.
10. PROMOTIONS & SOLICITATION
Management approval is required before advertising competing events, recruiting members for outside events, distributing promotional materials or soliciting business inside the club or through Eros-operated member spaces.
This rule does not restrict ordinary personal friendships or conversations. Eros-approved partnerships and affiliate promotions are permitted.
11. SPEAK UP ABOUT CONCERNS
Tell a staff member or manager if you experience or witness a consent violation, harassment, privacy breach or other concerning behavior. You may also contact us after your visit.
You do not need to confront the person involved before requesting help. Reports will be handled discreetly, with information shared as reasonably necessary to investigate, respond or meet legal obligations.
Retaliation against anyone who makes a good-faith report or assists with an investigation is prohibited. Reporting a concern does not require surrendering your right to contact emergency services or law enforcement.
12. ENFORCEMENT
Management may intervene, refuse admission, remove an attendee, suspend access or revoke membership when conduct violates these rules or creates a safety concern.
Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal without a prior warning. Management will consider the circumstances and available information. Any refund determination will follow applicable purchase terms and law.
13. INDIVIDUAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Each adult must personally acknowledge these rules. One partner cannot accept consent or confidentiality obligations on another adult’s behalf.
